Is Sanad free to use?

Yes — adding Sanad and using it costs nothing by default. Feature categories (moderation, leveling, tickets, and so on) are unlocked individually, or all at once with Premium. Every server also gets a one-time 15-day free trial that unlocks everything.

What's the difference between a bundle and Premium?

A bundle unlocks a specific slice of categories for a one-time price. Premium (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlocks every category at once — it's the option if you want all of it rather than picking and choosing.

Do Premium subscriptions renew automatically?

No. Monthly and yearly Premium do not auto-charge — you renew manually when it's time, so there's never a surprise charge on a card on file.

Can I give my staff access to the dashboard without making them a server admin?

Yes. The dashboard recognizes your configured moderator/admin roles directly, so staff can manage the server without needing full Discord Administrator permissions.

Can Sanad give a role above my own?

No — every role grant or removal is checked against both Sanad's own role position and the acting staff member's own highest role. Nobody can hand out a role they don't themselves outrank.

What happens to our data if we remove Sanad?

Your server's settings, cases and other records stay stored under your server's ID in case you reinstall — removing the bot doesn't trigger an automatic wipe. If you want your data deleted outright, contact support.
